How do I get started?

You can contact us and we can send you an online move in link to your phone or email. Once this is complete, we have received payment and verified your ID, we send you a PIN for the gate and map showing the location of your space. You’re then good to go, just don’t forget to bring your own padlock.

Do you have discounts for long term storage rental?

You can contact our office for details.

Can I drive my trailer up to my unit door?

Yes. All our units are on ground level and have driveway access.

​Can I give my PIN Code to someone else so they can access my unit?

​We strongly recommend that you do not provide your code to others. All entries and exits to the facility are logged according to the PIN Code used. You are responsible for everyone that enters the facility using your PIN Code.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. There are no additional costs to signing a rental agreement. You will need to pay your first month upfront and rental payments are made one month in advance. Add-On options (move in kits, pallet racking etc.) are available at sign up. If you do not leave your unit clean or leave rubbish in the facility, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.

Can I store caravans, boats, and cars at your Self Storage Facility?

Yes. We have multiple storage units large enough for caravans, cars, and boats. We also have concrete areas and hardstand options available for vehicle storage.

Can I share my PIN?

​We strongly recommend that you do not provide your code to others. All entries and exits to the facility are logged according to the PIN Code used. You are responsible for everyone that enters the facility using your PIN Code.

What happens if I get behind in rent?

If your account falls into arrears, you will be denied access to the facility, as your PIN Code will not work. Please do not be offended as full access will resume once your account has been paid. If the rent remains unpaid, your storage unit will be overlocked.

What can’t I put into storage?

Hazardous, dangerous, environmentally harmful, explosive, illegal or stolen goods, or perishable items.

Is there a minimum storage period?

The minimum period is one month.

How do I pay?

Do I need insurance?

It's recommended to insure your items when using self-storage, even though it's not legally required. You must make your own arrangements regarding insurance. We advise that you check your current House and Contents Insurance, as many of these policies include storage of items.

What happens if I lose the key to my storage unit or forget my PIN?

We can resend the PIN Code to you or allocate you a new one. We do NOT hold keys for your unit so you will need to replace the lock if you lose your keys.

Do the storage units have concrete or gravel floors?

All our units have concrete floors and have been fitted with Vermin Protection.
