We are located at 135 Tomlinson Road, Caboolture.
5-minute drive to the Bruce Highway

You will be given a unique customer PIN code to access the facility 7 days a week from
5:00am to 7:00pm.
You will need to provide your own lock and key for the Unit.
Locks can be purchased at the Office.

No. You must make your own arrangements regarding insurance. We advise that you check
your current House and Contents Insurance, as many of these policies include storage of
items. 

You can store anything except hazardous, dangerous, environmentally harmful, explosive,
illegal or stolen goods, or perishable items. 

We can resend the PIN Code to you or allocate you a new one. We do NOT hold keys for
your unit so you will need to replace the lock if you lose your keys. 

Our prices vary according to the size of the storage unit. See our “Prices” website page or contact our storage facility for further details.

The minimum period is one month.

Refer to our Storage Unit Size Guide page for guidance on which storage unit size would best suit you. Generally, the size of Unit needed will depend on whether you need regular access to the stored items (in this case you will need to leave corridors) and how well you pack.​

All our units have concrete floors and have been fitted with Vermin Protection.

Yes.  We have multiple storage units large enough for caravans, cars, and boats.
We also have concrete areas and hardstand options available for vehicle storage.

Yes. Our team will require you to complete a storage agreement and provide Identification as part of the letting process.

No. There are no additional costs to signing a rental agreement. You will need to pay your
first month upfront and rental payments are made one month in advance. Add-On options (move in kits, pallet racking etc.) are available at sign up. If you do not leave your unit clean or leave rubbish in the facility, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee. 

​We strongly recommend that you do not provide your code to others.
All entries and exits to the facility are logged according to the PIN Code used.
You are responsible for everyone that enters the facility using your PIN Code.

Yes. All our units are on ground level and have driveway access.

If your account falls into arrears, you will be denied access to the facility, as your PIN Code will not work.
Please do not be offended as full access will resume once your account has been paid. If the rent remains unpaid, your storage unit will be overlocked.
